I'm Amy Flynn. I am the CEO and founder of Impact Business Consulting. I have a career dedicated to growing in sales, customer service and communication skills with a passion for helping others get what they want. I believe in abundance, and I know my journey of growth is good for the good it can do. Combined, I have over 26 years of Sales and Customer Service experience, in a variety of industries including Retail, Hospitality, Automotive and Real Estate.
In addition, I have 20 years of leadership experience in business facets including hiring, onboarding, training, developing, organizing and managing teams. Leveraging my experiences I now focus on coaching, training, consulting, and helping others to lead and strategically scale their business success.
I am a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mental and Emotional Release and Hypnosis. This allows me to help my clients remain in an empowered state, and leverage mindset and languaging to stretch their potential.
