With over 27 years of experience across industries like retail, hospitality, automotive, and real estate, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every coaching and consulting engagement.
Her leadership journey spans over two decades, where she led initiatives in hiring, onboarding, training, team development, and operational excellence.
Today, she channels this experience into high-touch coaching, tailored consulting, and immersive trainings that meet her clients exactly where they are, and take them where they’re meant to go.
